How to Play Turbo Arena
The objective is simple: use your car to hit the ball into the opponent's goal while preventing them from scoring on you.
Desktop controls
WASD / Arrow keys
Drive and steer on the ground. In the air, W/Up pitches the nose down, S/Down pitches the nose up, and A/D turn the car.
Shift Boost
Boost on the ground for speed or use boost while airborne to fly in the direction your car is pointing.
Space Jump
Jump off the ground to challenge the ball above the field and begin aerial plays.
E Powerslide
Use powerslide for tighter turns and quick changes of direction.
R Reset
Reset your car if you get stuck.
Esc Pause
Pause the current match and open the pause interface.
Mobile controls
On touch devices, use the on-screen movement joystick to drive and steer. Separate Boost, Jump and Drift buttons handle the main actions.
Beginner tips
Do not chase the ball from every angle. Try to get behind it so your next hit sends it toward the opponent's goal instead of sideways or back toward your own half.
- Save some boost for defense instead of spending all of it immediately.
- Use powerslide when you need to turn around quickly.
- Jump before the ball reaches you when you need to hit it higher.
- Practice solo against Orange AI before jumping into online matches.
- Check Challenges while you play so completed objectives can be claimed before their reset timer ends.
